Somebody asked me about my personal trainer, Cida. My answer was, “Cida?, she is THE BEST!!!! And I meant it. Cida works with a lot of professionalism and she makes the workout fun at the same time. Cida knew how to make me work as hard as I could, without injuring my body. She taught me how to eat right. Not only told me what to eat but several times, Cida brought me home made food to show me how good it taste and how easy is to cook it. Cida made me accountable by calling me everyday… even Sundays to ask me about my meals and about my exercise plan for the day. She motivated me at all times. I am happy because I lost 20 lbs. and I learned how to eat right, how to exercise, and how to keepT my new weight.   I have been on my own for four months and I have not gained even a pound.  I am happy, with a lot of energy, and I keep exercising 6 times a week!
