“I’ve been taking zumba classes with Cida Moore for over a year now and every class is a step closer to reaching my fitness goal. There is never a dull moment in her class. She has a lot of energyC and no matter what stage/level you are in your fitness program, she makes sure that you can adapt to her instructions. I always look forward to going to her classes. Being away from my family, zumba class made me forget the feeling of being alone and shaped me up at the same time. Cida always make you feel like a family. She makes sure that nobody is left out in her class. Great mix of music in every class and at least a new choreograph routine a week. One hour of combined zumba (latin aerobics) and toning, three times a week really made me stronger and gave me more energy to do more activities. Thanks Cida!”
