I began taking Zumba classes almost 4 years ago with various instructors to try to get in shape. I discovered Cida Moore and immediately stopped all the other classes! She is a wonderful person inside and out and genuinely cares about her clients! Her passion for life is contagious and you can't help but smile when you are in her presence. I lost 20 lbs and dropped 2 sizes while taking zumba classes and then I began the core and more classes to firm up and build muscle. I was so pleased with the results!
