“I participated in the Houston PARD water aerobics program this summer. I attended these classes at the Westbury pool. I have taken several different water aerobics classes through the years and have found that I get the most benefit through Louis’ classes. They are fun and quick paced and you actually feel like you worked out when they are through. Of course people work out at their own pace. I do Zumba classes several times a week and I felt I received as much, if not more, benefit form the water classes as the other. I introduced a friend to these classes. She was very skeptical as she has taken Water Aerobic classes before and did not like them as she felt she received no benefit from them. She thanked me after the first class and ended up attending more faithfully than I did! Thank you Louis and can’t wait until next summer.”
