“Louis became my trainer approximately 6 months ago. I had met Louis some time before that day, but the real connection between Louis and I started when training began. Physically, I was 44 pounds overweight, mentally I was sluggish, and my family life was not where I wanted it to be. I have tried many trainers but Louis is the only one who successfully helped me connect my physical and spiritual world. I really didn’t know what I was missing. My stress had been reduced significantly, my strength and endurance has increased dramatically, and most importantly, I have rediscovered how beautiful my family is. This is a very remarkable story and a very true story at that. In short, I owe my life and health to this man. Only God in heaven knows how, Louis not only saved my life, but rescued my soul.
