Healthy Recipe: Cida’s Salmon Burger/Pattie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound of salmon (fresh, wild caught)
  2. green onions
  3. 3 cloves of garlic
  4. 1 oz. hemp seeds
  5. 1/4 cup almond flour
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 1/2 chopped onion
  8. 1/4 cup quinoa

Mix all ingredients and make into small-size patties; sautee with coconut oil.
