Getting Started Resources

Thank you for registering for the Cida Fitness 21-Day Detox Challenge.

Please follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Download and print your copy of the Cida Fitness 21-Day Detox Challenge Manual.  Please read entire document.

2.  Download and print your copy of the Cida Fitness 21-Day Detox Challenge Grocery List.

3.  Download and print your copy of the Cida Fitness Toxicity Questionnaire.  Please complete questionnaire prior to starting your detox program and file.  Bring with you to workshop on January 4th.

4.  Register online for your Goal Setting and Measurement Tracking.  This is free.  Enter your profile data with a picture of yourself.  Select to be part of the group:  “21-Day Detox Challenge.”

5.  Attend workshop on Thursday, January 4, 2018, 7:15 pm – 8:30 pm, at Cida Fitness.

6.  Get your body fat percentage measured along with your total weight.  This can be done at conclusion of workshop on January 4th or by appointment by calling Lou Moore at 832-729-9594.

7.  Attend support meetings and weigh-ins on Wednesdays, January 10th, 17th, and 24th, 7:15 – 7:45 pm, at Cida Fitness.
