We realize starting an exercise program can sometimes be a confusing experience. Each person is different and may have their unique set of questions, such as:
What’s the best way to start an exercise program?
What are your goals in health and fitness?
How is your relationship with food? Is eating food on a regular basis an anxiety or a pleasurable experience?
What foods to focus on and which ones to stay away from to get results?
How to effectively deal with stress?
Which nutrition supplements are worthwhile?
What are the most effective ways to raise your metabolism?
How many times per week should I exercise? How intense?
What types of exercise should I be involved in to reach my specific goals?
Is low carbohydrate the way to go? How about a high-fat approach? What about high protein? Vegan? Paleo?
And many more questions . . .
Not sure how to start?
We are here to help you get started with your health and fitness journey. Every Monday and Wednesday evening from 7:30 pm – 8:00 pm Lou Moore is available at Cida Fitness to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction. You can also set a custom appointment if the above time frame is not convenient for you.
